2852919 - How to configure a take rule to trigger only in certain actions in Time Off.

You are configuring your take rule, and you would like to know if it is possible to trigger some take rules only in certain actions.

For example:

• Rule A should trigger only when creating LOA;
• Rule B should trigger only when editing leaves;
• Rule C should trigger only when canceling leaves;

When configuring the take rules, you need to make sure that you are selecting the Absence Validation scenario.

Once you select this scenario, you'll have an object called "Take Rule Parameters".

Inside this object we have the "Processing Action", there you can select either Create, Edit or Cancel, this way you can use this parameter to trigger the rule in only some specific scenarios such as creation, edit and cancellation.
